转台式抛丸机主要适合中小型工件的表面清理的生产，这规格的设备适合于发动机连杆，齿轮，膜片弹簧等，广泛应用于铸造和汽车制造业，具有生产效率高，密封效果好，结构紧凑，装卸件方便技术含量高等特点。为保证清理效果、提高生产率，在本机的设计中，采用直联曲线叶片抛头，而且在原有设计的基础上重新调整了抛头位置，首先抛头与水平垂直有一定夹角，以利于工件内腔的清理；其次转台支承完全改观，便于维修、装卸。
转台式抛丸机的特点：
(1)转台式抛丸机主要由室体、转台、传动系统、分离器、提升机、输丸装置、抛丸器等部分组成，在室顶一台高速旋转的抛丸器，对工件进行佳方位的抛射，工件随着转台转出室体时，可直接看到清理效果，以便进行下一步工作。
(2)通过传动系统带动刮丸板回转，将丸砂通过流丸管送到提升机下部，再由提升机提到分离器进行分离，完好的弹丸通过输丸管及闸门供抛丸器连续使用，破碎弹丸及灰尘再分别进入其它相应管道，以进行二次分离。
(3)传动机构由摆线针轮减速器带动磨擦轮，通过一个离合机构与转台发生磨擦传动，使转台平稳转动。当工件转出室外可用于直接翻动调整及被清理好的工件；也可随时根据被清理工件的不同和装卸翻动工件的难易程度，来扳动离合手柄，使磨擦轮和转台脱离，即转台停转调好工件再改变手柄位置，转台再开始转动。
